About The Vet

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a veterinarian.  I grew up in England, and fulfilled my dream of becoming a vet when I graduated from The University of Liverpool in 1992 with degrees in Pharmacology, and Veterinary Science, and becoming a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

My husband and I relocated to the USA in 2004, with our daughter, and have since added two sons to the family, born in 2004 and 2006.

In 2010  I became a US certified Veterinarian, and am fully licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

In 2016 we all became US citizens.

I enjoy spending time taking care of my home and family, including Kodiak the dog, and Mr Spatz & Skippy - our 2 cats.  My hobbies include playing the piano, reading, going to the theater, and needlework.  My favorite pastime is riding my horse – Trader Joe, and my daughter's horse, Chester.

I established "Pets In Peace" in 2014 because I recognized the advantages for families to be able to say their last goodbyes to their pets in the comfort of home.

I would be honored to be able to provide you and your pet with the best possible care during your time of need.
